Stainless Steel Ties
1. Superb corrosion resistance
Made of 304/316 stainless steel, it is resistant to salt spray, acid and alkali, and ultraviolet rays. It is suitable for harsh environments such as marine and chemical industries, and has a much longer lifespan than plastic cable ties.
2. High load capacity
The tensile strength is more than five times that of ordinary nylon cable ties (up to over 2000N), making it suitable for securely bundling heavy cables and pipes without the risk of creep.
3. Resistance to extreme temperatures
It can operate within a temperature range of -100°C to 500°C, remaining firm at high temperatures and not cracking at low temperatures. It is ideal for applications with large temperature differences, such as boilers and cold storage facilities.
4. Safety and reliability
Metallic and non-flammable, it does not age and has passed fire safety certification. When installed with professional tools, the cut edge is smooth without burrs, preventing scratches.
5. Long-term cost-effectiveness
Once installed, it requires no maintenance for a long time, significantly reducing replacement costs and safety risks, and offering a lower overall cost of use.
